TOANDE SLOVAKIA (formerly Tibco Slovakia) has been part of the market since 1996 - for more than 25 years.
We offer services in the following areas:
software integrations of PCRF products, charging and billing systems (BSS, OSS)
design and construction of physical telecommunications infrastructure of optical networks
design and implementation of photovoltaic installations

The protection of personal data, as well as other sensitive and confidential information, is a priority for our company.
Our company processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC on data protection) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain acts. The principles of fair and transparent processing of personal data require that the data subject be informed of the existence of the processing operation and of its purposes. Regardless of the legal basis for the processing of personal data, every data subject has the right of access to personal data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection. The company TOANDE SLOVAKIA s.r.o., registered office at Trenčianska 57,825 10, Bratislava, Id. No.: 35 702 249, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I., dept. Sro, insert no. 12084/B (hereinafter referred to as "TOANDE") issues, in accordance with the provision of § 273 of the Commercial Code, the following general terms and conditions for the supply of goods, services, the realization of works or other transactions (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC"). These GTC will be used for all contractual relations between TOANDE, which has the status of the Client, and the other contracting party, which has the status of Supplier. These GTC always apply if they are attached to the contract (i.e. to an accepted order or other written contract) or are known to the Supplier and at the same time the contract or order will refer to them.
